“Let’s differentiate the highway from the railway, we don’t speak about Yeraskh-Ordubad-Meghri-Horadiz highway, we speak about railway which is the most optimal route for us, because the communication between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Russian Federation is provided,” the RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted during the NA-Government Q & A session, answering to the question by the member of the Armenia Faction.
